When I first visited this dealership, I told them I just wanted to look at the Crosstrek because I was planning on getting one from the Duluth dealership and I wanted to see it in person first. Long story short: I left, thought about it, and came back less than an hour later because 1. The quote they gave me was better than in Duluth, and 2. I wanted to work with Chris! I never felt pressured by him to make a decision and this gentle approach made me feel like I could trust him. He treated me like a person, not a paycheck. Great instincts, very fun to talk to, and knowledgeable! Megan Cooley was also very charming, down to earth, and easy to talk to--frankly a rarity for people in her line of work.
