I think I already filled out this survey once, but I will do it again: I had a very good experience. Paul Loescher was very knowledgeable about the Forrester models and explained the features well. He also asked questions about how I use my car and what features I liked that helped make the decision. I felt like he was going to make sure the car and I were a good match. Before I drove off, he went through some of the features so I was comfortable driving home. In the Finance department; I worked with Jon Sicslk.
