I started my employment with Subaru about 4 years ago and began my career in the automotive Industry. I have 1 child who I love, unconditionally, with all my heart. He is the reason why I got into car sales to begin with. It was an efficient and fun way to sustain our lives while providing a comfortable way of living. I am thankful to of had this opportunity to work with Subaru. This brand is unlike any other company I have worked for, they are incredibly outgoing and thoughtful. Subaru puts their community first and that includes our clients as well as us, the employees. I wouldn't be here if I had any doubts about the integrity this brand upholds. My motivation is to prosper in this field in order to give my son the things and experiences I never had the opportunity to have as a child myself.

I just purchased a Subaru Forester from Lou Fusz Subaru in St. Louis, and I am so happy I chose Subaru as well as choosing Lou Fusz. I received the best service that I have ever received in my entire adult in St. Louis, and I am so happy I chose Subaru as well as choosing Lou Fusz. I received the best service that I have ever received in my entire adult life when buying a car. Paul Lucero was incredibly knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles and helped me choose something that I was totally comfortable driving. He took the time to go over every aspect of the car ensuring that I understood everything before leaving the dealership. I will recommend Lou Fusz Subaru to everyone I know looking to buy a vehicle and tell them to make sure they ask for Paul Lucero for a salesman. Paul Lucero was our salesman. My wife took our 2017 in to be worked on and decided to look into buying a new car. Well it would be awhile to get a new one had to be ordered so she My wife took our 2017 in to be worked on and decided to look into buying a new car. Well it would be awhile to get a new one had to be ordered so she didn’t want to wait so Paul was extremely helpful to her finding her the perfect used Subaru Forester. It’s got everything she wanted and then some. Paul was not pushy. He was very helpful and very nice and he went out of his way in the freezing cold to teach my wife everything about her new car. I sure hope when we are in the market for another Subaru Paul is still there we loved how great he was and how he listened to everything my wife says and we’ll she can say a lot so he was great she got just what she wanted and Paul in our opinion has been the best salesman we have ever had. More

This is the 3rd car I have had. I have dealt with many dealers in Washington, Missouri and Massachusets, and Lou Fusz staff are really the best. Kate is the Internet sales consultan I have dealt with many dealers in Washington, Missouri and Massachusets, and Lou Fusz staff are really the best. Kate is the Internet sales consultant who has been very honest with prices and she offered down-to-earth quotes. She is also very patient with all my inquiries. Tyler followed up with the sales order for the past 2 months and has always been responsive with all my inquiries and clarifications on the production progress. Paul handled my car pick-up process and even spent extra 30 mins in my car to explain all the upgrades and went through the details of my car. All of their employees I met are straightforward with customers so you don't have to deal with the bluffing/deluding conversations that many dealers would do. I don't think other dealers in Missouri (and even other states) can match their price and customer service. More

We bought our first Subaru from Lou Fusz and Paul was our salesman. He did a great job and was very pleasant. We had need of another car so we came to Lou Fusz Subaru again and asked for Paul. Incredible experience purchasing a car! I was already familiar with the great service from having my old subaru taken care of in the service department, so it was a no brainer to work with I was already familiar with the great service from having my old subaru taken care of in the service department, so it was a no brainer to work with them for a new car. Paul was so helpful with setting up an appointment to test drive the car and eventually going through with purchasing it. He made sure the car was ready to go the next day, and answered all of my questions. More
