I had a simple, honest, and hassle free vehicle purchase experience. My trade-in was reasonably valued and I've got the best deal on my new car. Paul did an excellent job getting everything set up and was ready when I got to the dealership. Also, I was very appreciative of the fact that he took the time to pick me up at the airport, making the tra was ready when I got to the dealership. Even though Faulkner is the furthest dealership from where I am, they gave me a good price from the beginning. I didn't have to haggle to the price I want. Even though I emailed Patty for the quote twic where I am, they gave me a good price from the beginning. I didn't have to haggle to the price I want. Even though I emailed Patty for the quote twice, she was still really nice about it. She even went out of her way to say hi. When I came into the dealership, Paul immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. Paul was courteous and friendly. Paul trusted me to drive the vehicle around. He helped me save me 2% off from Philly tax because my driver license is in Philly, but I live in King of Prussia. Overall, it was a pretty good experience, much better than the other dealership I've dealt with and visited. The only reason I gave the price as good was because I found a better deal through AAA after I bought the vehicle. More

Out of all the dealerships my husband and I went to, this one (and especially our sales rep Paul MOchalin) was most attentive to our needs. He understood that we just had a baby and left her with a babysitte one (and especially our sales rep Paul MOchalin) was most attentive to our needs. He understood that we just had a baby and left her with a babysitter so we had no time for anything but business. Paul was easy to get along with and extremely helpful in helping us buy our car. He called us a couple times to keep us up to date on my credit application which was wonderful. Not once did I feel pressured to buy the car and I LOVED that! This was the first dealership we went to looking for our car and after driving to almost every dealership that sells Toyotas within a 50 mile radius of our zip code, it was the one we finally came back to in the end. I would recommend this dealership and Paul Mochalin to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
