I had just left another dealership where I was dissatisfied with how I was being treated and did not have confidence in the knowledge and professionalism of the person who was attending to me. I d dissatisfied with how I was being treated and did not have confidence in the knowledge and professionalism of the person who was attending to me. I drove in to your lot blindly, looking for a low-mileage Accord. After a few minutes of walking on the lot, Paul approached me and answered my questions about price and details about the cars as I asked them, without asking me personal questions that were irrelevant at the time. We had a short test drive, I liked the car, I liked how I was being treated, and I agreed on a price without too much bickering. It may not have been the lowest price possible (I'll never know, will I) but Paul was was good at making me feel good about the purchase, so I chose not to be a hard-edged bargainer. I am off to a happy start with the car -- Thanks. More
