Fantastic visit as always, quick service! We went into the local dealership for repairs and regular maintenance. Was able to get our vehicle in and out promptly, very reasonable pricing and fixed right the first time! As always, a great service experience! We had several things done: Our replica car, a 1980 Shay - a 1929 Ford look alike - was in for service. We don’t trust anyone other than Brady to work We had several things done: Our replica car, a 1980 Shay - a 1929 Ford look alike - was in for service. We don’t trust anyone other than Brady to work on her. Paul worked with us to update and cleanup our enclosed trailer we use as a car hauler. It looks like a new one! Our new FLEX was treated with a new ceramic exterior coating. It came out wonderfully! We’ve been long-time customers of Chuck Anderson Ford since they opened their doors in 1974! We wouldn’t go anywhere else for new, used or vehicle service! More

Incomplete then damaged Took my truck in to get 2 new wheels installed. They had it for over 3 hours and didn't get it done. Was told to bring it back 2 days later and it wou Took my truck in to get 2 new wheels installed. They had it for over 3 hours and didn't get it done. Was told to bring it back 2 days later and it would get done while I wait, should not take 30 minutes they said. Showed up and waited for an hour and a half. Then the service writer ran into a crate engine and damaged my bumper. Was told the service manager would call after his lunch break. No calls.... I finally had to call them after noon the next day. More
