Paul introduced himself and immediately made me feel at ease. He asked what questions i had and what my needs were and walked me thru the process. I took a test ride with Paul S. before heading out on the road,he went thru every aspect of the operation and all the features. I mentioned I was new to the modern features as I was trading in a 2007 rav 4...so it was very helpful having him go thru everything so patiently. Test drive, paperwork, financing all went smoothly Asshya the finance agent was very efficient. The technology with desk screen made things so clear. Leaving the dealership Paul Santabarbara again took time to make sure I had all my keys, key chain, tote bag etc. Plus his business card and phone number.
