Poor customer service poor follow through I intend to make aware any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership via social media the fact that when I called the service depart I intend to make aware any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership via social media the fact that when I called the service department to inquire about the status of my warranty your service department forwarded me to the sales department upon speaking with the salesman Paul Shorrock he agreed to pull my contract and review my warranty. And call me back. I then received a call back from Curtis Thomas the Service Director who advised that I am out of warranty.. ok fine thank you for the information and we ended the call, I then received a call back from Paul upon speaking with him I asked. If he had any suggestions about what I should do . We ended the call and 10 minutes later I received a credit alert on my phone that I had a hard inquiry on my credit. I 5 minutes later received a call from Paul again telling me im not in the position to buy a car which I knew hence me never signing or authorizing a credit evaluation. I then called jeremy cc'd above who promised to look into the issue and get back to me I'm still waiting.. I am now just waiting to hear back from the credit bureau on how to dispute this unauthorized credit hit. I simply requested from the dealership a document explaining this was an erroneous occurrence. Again no response.. beware of this dealership , I would suggest finding a place more organized and that follows through for their customers More
