No masks were worn, not inside their reception area or in my car. The next day we received an email that we missed our service appointment; no we didn't- we were there. They say the brakes that are making a horrific squeal on our Jeep Compass are normal, and they still don't understand what is wrong with our UConnect screen on our Grand Cherokee, even though we clearly explained it twice. I like the sales team at Salerno Duane and the parts guy we deal with there is top notch in both friendliness and customer service, but with no shortage of Jeep dealers in the area, we aren't going back there for vehicle service again.

A word of advice...do NOT deal with this dealership via email/internet! It’s the same Ol’ dog and pony show...they try their best to get you into the dealership, they can’t do ANYTHING without their manager, and they don’t even provide you with a breakdown of their ridiculous numbers. Why would I EVER want to waste hours of my time going to your dealership when you can’t even be upfront with me and give me a REASONABLE price via email?? If you want to pay $130-$170 per month MORE than what three other dealerships quoted me for the exact same vehicle, than THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Save your time and don’t even bother replying with your generic, copy&paste response.
