The team at Conicelli was great to work with from start to finish. Not only did they have exactly the truck I was looking for, but they beat my local dealers' prices for less-well-equipped trucks. Based on the price alone I was already a pretty happy man before I even picked the vehicle up, but Dave Rivera, Paul Smith, and Tony Soto had me absolutely beaming by the time I left. The service was friendly, easy-going and informative without ever being pushy. I had plenty of questions, and even though they were incredibly busy they took the time to walk me through everything, and I left the lot with exactly the truck I wanted and all the information I needed. I can honestly say I've never had a better experience at any car dealership. I drove several hours to buy from Conicelli because they offered me the best price. When it came to the financials,he was totally transparent and just to do the optimum we met with Tony Soto....it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend these two gentlemen to to everyone I know...I am already on the phone. Incidentally, I came to Paul in an unusual way. A few Saturdays ago-at 6:30pm- I had a Toyota problem. I drove into the dealership and thought I would have to wait for help until Monday at the repair facility....I needed the car on Sunday. Paul offered to come out and try to help me..After a while the issue was resolved! He did not have to go above and beyond for a stranger. I told him whenever I bought my next car, I would buy from him. I believe he must have been shocked when I came in a few days later to keep my word . More
