If I could give it more stars, I would. We are in a class C RV and broke down. The service advisor, Paul Thiel was awesome.! He got us into the dealership and pinpointed the problem. Joshua, the mechanic was terrific.! Everyone was friendly and very competent. They got us back on the road and we are so appreciative. I wish we lived closer. I would definitely be a Gary Yeoman Ford customer.! Mustang Joe’s Cafe ,inside the dealership, was great! More

2013 Ford Fiesta SE DPS6 Clutch/Transmission Issue I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE which had the dreaded DPS6 clutch/transmission issues. A check of the vin found it (Clutch-Transmission) was eligible I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta SE which had the dreaded DPS6 clutch/transmission issues. A check of the vin found it (Clutch-Transmission) was eligible for the Ford replacement / correction program. Paul Thiel accepted the vehicle and put me at ease letting me know that there was a dedicated tech assigned to these issues. I receive constant communication via text AND phone call as to the status of the repair. The repair was completed in a more than timely manner ahead of schedule. The ease of drop off and pick up we’re exceptional. I have to be honest I was dreading the whole process. I cannot speak highly enough of how I treated, reassured, and the repair. The only word that comes to mind is EXCEPTIONAL. More

Good people and good service I recently moved to Daytona Beach and arrived with a leak in my trunk. They were able to get me in quickly, find the leak, and get it repaired. Paul was easy to work with and the shuttle service ensured I was at work on time and had a way to get my car at the end of the day. Being new in town and unsure of what to expect after leaving another dealership that I really liked, Gary Yeomans Ford made me feel at home. More
