I have been with Koons Sterling Ford sense September of 2012, yet I've been in the car business sense the 70s. I got my start washing cars in 1976 and started selling cars in 1980. I have three wonderful children whom I'm very much devoted to. I have three grand kids as well. Love my family. Customer service is number one on my list. Without my customers I wouldn't have a job. Koons is by far the best organization that I have ever worked for. The Koons family cares very much for their Employees and take great care of them. Koons is also very strict when it comes to Customer Service and making sure that their customers are happy. Koons is the best place to work and the best place to shop hassel free.

Paul Walsh is an outstanding car salesman at Koon's Ford in Sterling. I found him to be very genuine, easy to talk with, and of course knowledgeable. During our negotiations for my new car, our tone was conversational and not adversarial as I have experienced with other sales representatives in the past. Paul did an excellent job of listening to my particular needs and interests and recommended the model and options that were the best fit. Before I drove away in my new car, he took his time to ensure I understood and knew how to operate all the various functions within the new vehicle. Paul continually checked in on my level of satisfaction throughout the entire process and I would highly recommend this professional without any hesitations!
