Everyone at Smithhaven Jeep was amazing! Hannan, my salesperson was wonderful. He was smart, friendly and so professional. I never would have thought I would be able to get the Jeep of my d Hannan, my salesperson was wonderful. He was smart, friendly and so professional. I never would have thought I would be able to get the Jeep of my dreams but somehow Hannan was able to put the deal together. The truck looked great when I picked it up. It took no time and I was out the door! More

I recently purhcased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Smith Haven. Even though it was a busy day for them (lots of customers in the showroom) they gave me all the time and attentiont that I needed to fee Smith Haven. My 18 year old daughter negotiated a deal with Mazen and Tyler at this dealership. 3 hours before we were to pickup the car, Paul one of the sales manager calls and says that they made a mistake with the n Tyler at this dealership. 3 hours before we were to pickup the car, Paul one of the sales manager calls and says that they made a mistake with the numbers and that they can’t do the deal as structured. According to them, they would lose $2,000 doing the deal as it is. I had already put a deposit on the car and came down and discussed the same numbers that were discussed with my daughter. When Paul called me, I said that they should honor their mistake and that he should call the owner, Brett Saslow, since it is his dealership’s reputation. Paul said he wasn’t able to reach him and that the best they could do is $40 more per month on a 48 month lease. Since they were not able to honor their deal I am posting this on all social media platforms to make other consumers aware of what appears to be a bait and switch. Unacceptable business dealings and my daughter is beyond devastated. More

I just want to say I walked into jeep dealerships nervous I would be taken advantage of. Then I met Ivan Rosa. He made the entire experience enjoyable. I’ve owned a Wrangler for years so I knew what I was looking for. Dave Shulman guided my girlfriend and I as she was test driving different cars and made sure we both got what we wanted if we were to decide to get the cars. Needless to say, Dave made our experience completely easy going and did all he could to get us the best deals. I ended up driving away in a 2019 Wrangler Sahara and my girlfriend is loving her brand new 2019 Grand Cherokee Altitude. We look forward to doing business in the future at Smith Haven Jeep and especially with Dave, thanks again for everything! More

Dishonest manager When I met with manager Daniel (Paul Watts was there) he assured me that my money down on my new lease would cover the last payment in my current vehi When I met with manager Daniel (Paul Watts was there) he assured me that my money down on my new lease would cover the last payment in my current vehicle as well as the payment for that month and January. He assured me that that was the reason for the money I put down ( because I discussed a no money down deal) and that my fist payment would be in February. When I called him to discuss the January payment ( which took three days and 3 voicemails) that I was billed for he denied that we had that conversation. Lesson learned to get it in writing! Not a nice man. More
