This is my second car I got from Norris Ellicott City Acura and I will also CONTINUE to refer them/their team to friends and family. I have also been going to Norris Acura for all my services/maintenance and I can genuinely say, I TRUST them. I have had so many experiences with difference dealerships/car sales consultants that were always pushy or I would get a "vibe" that they just wanted a "sale." However, on the other hand, Ji, Riley, Paul + their Norris team made me feel like their own family and were honest and did not feel like they were just trying to get a sale. He was professional, knowledgeable, communicative and listened what I wanted/needed. He’s passionate about his craft and it shows. I am very happy with my new car and the experience I had at the dealership (which is the FIRST time I can say that about a dealership). Drove 2.5 hours to go there and it was worth every second.
