During the test drive in downtown Verona, when I expressed concern that I was unable to really test it with all of the traffic and red traffic lights, Paul allowed me to extend the test drive onto 280 and back. Though the 2019 RDX is a new and popular model, I was pleased that the dealership was flexible during negotiations instead of holding a hard line. The only downside is that the entire process took five hours. Part of the delay was the bottleneck at the business manager stage. There is only one business manager for all customers - where they arrange the financing and you sign lots of documents. There was also a family ahead of us that took more time than usual, which made things worse. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and sales person. More

I'm a tough customer but they have always been outstanding from the purchase phase to the cycle of ownership. Harry really understood my budget and helped me get what I wanted at the price I wanted. There are always so many details and Harry Jones was on them - all of them. Even though my new vehicle was pretty much identical to my 2016 RDX, he took the time to go over a few nuances and enhancements. Paul Wong even helped at the end with migrating my items from the old vehicle to the new. This is a team operation and should be used as an example of how you build a business and create a positive customer experience start to finish. -If there is such a thing as a seamless sales experience, Harry Jones is it.
