Our Sales representative Paul Wong was outstanding as well as is manager Keith Mickens. They both took the time to listen to our needs and treated us as adults. They provided a fair price and the servic well as is manager Keith Mickens. They both took the time to listen to our needs and treated us as adults. Purchased a used vehicle with less than 60k this week. Paul was amazing. He was quick and didn't try to play me like most salesperson would. The car listing showed floor mats but the car didn't come with Paul was amazing. He was quick and didn't try to play me like most salesperson would. The car listing showed floor mats but the car didn't come with it. I inquired Paul and he did his best to look for it but couldn't at the end. Paul offered reimbursement for floor mats i had to purchase. (Paul 5 out of 5. Highly recommend this sales person) More

I bought a used car from here that was faulty, it had a check engine the same day and I had to bring it in for repairs 3 times within the first month of owning it. I have contacted Lithia corporate and am check engine the same day and I had to bring it in for repairs 3 times within the first month of owning it. I have contacted Lithia corporate and am trying to work with them but sounds like I will have to sue to get my money back. Terrible dealership, do not buy the warranty or any used car from here! This guy is a scam. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! More

I leased a new TLX Acura and stopped by to pick up my new plate and registration. When it was handed to me I asked the coordinator if someone could put the plate on my vehicle. Mr Wong. ( whom I had never plate and registration. When it was handed to me I asked the coordinator if someone could put the plate on my vehicle. Mr Wong. ( whom I had never met) happened to be walking by at that moment and immediately volunteered to assist me He installed the plate and then went the extra mile to contact the now former employee who had returned my previous plate to DMV and obtain the receipt and text it to me. This process took several phone calls. As a salesperson myself I am very impressed by My Wong and how seriously he takes the concept of providing service to DCH Brokerage customers that are not even his own personal clients. Kudos to Mr Wong !!! More

For my first financed vehicle, I did my due diligence on the vehicle and delved into the frightening world of car dealerships. I visited a few dealerships in the Bloomfield/Verona area of New Jersey and sim the vehicle and delved into the frightening world of car dealerships. I visited a few dealerships in the Bloomfield/Verona area of New Jersey and simply put, I WAS APPALLED!!! Dealers were using communication techniques to rob consumers blindly. $945 Mandatory COVID cleaning fee? $1250 Mandatory All-State Warranty for a 5 year-old vehicle with less than 50k miles on it? It was apparent what kind of industry this was . . . And then I went to DCH and met Paul Wong. He waited a couple hours for me to come down, just to inspect the car (a trade-in) after his 13hr shift! When I wasn't sure on the condition of the undercarriage,he had the car lifted (at my request) and constantly encouraged me to wait on the purchase to bring a mechanic and do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. He NEVER encouraged me to look at another vehicle, or try to extend my budget. He truly wanted to make sure I was happy with whatever I bought and the process with which I bought it. In his words, "It brings good Karma". Faith in Humanity Restored. More

I am now on my 3rd Acura lease with Paul Wong and DCH Montclair Acura. Paul is THE BEST advisor I have ever worked with and recommend that anyone looking for a new car meet with him. He is genuine, his recommendations make sense, and he answers text messages faster than most people I know. On top of this, Paul is an Acura expert. He knows everything about all of their cars. The DCH team will take care of you. They are all professionals and have played a major part in my desire to stay with the brand. More

Paul and Annabel are very responsive, helpful and polite. I actually found the dealership via Costco and ended up getting the a certified pre-owned MDX. Annabel was able to text me all the information (links I actually found the dealership via Costco and ended up getting the a certified pre-owned MDX. Annabel was able to text me all the information (links to cars I was interested in and questions I had) I needed as we were actually at another dealership and she spoke to me when I freed up. Few days later when I was able to get into their dealership, I met Paul and he helped me with the car purchase process. I test drove alone due to COVID-19 rules and had to make sure I brought my phone / Google Maps in case I got lost! Paul was very accommodating as we needed my wife to purchase under her name and we couldn't come in at the same time due having two infants constantly needing attention. Thank you Paul and Annabel!
