The Service Was Nearly Too Quick! Seriously, I hadn't even finished my cup of coffee in the rather nice comforts of the waiting room when the Service Rep. came over to tell me that the Seriously, I hadn't even finished my cup of coffee in the rather nice comforts of the waiting room when the Service Rep. came over to tell me that the brakes, fire and oil maintenance was finished. They even washed the car in that time Unfortunately, at this time I do not recall any of the service peoples' names, but all of them I've dealt with over the last 16 years have been supremely helpful, informative, and solicitous of our vehicle's care and of ourselves as well. More

Respectful & Listens Paula always listens to any complaints or issues I have and tries to make sure they are addressed. I've had some rather odd problems with my new vehic Paula always listens to any complaints or issues I have and tries to make sure they are addressed. I've had some rather odd problems with my new vehicle, and she doesn't treat me like I don't know anything because I'm just "a girl" like others might. She makes sure they are documented and looked at by the service guys. I appreciate being respected and heard, and she does that. More
