Mario, the Sales Manager, was personal, professional and completely genuine. He was able to quickly and accurately assess my needs. I was test driving a Highlander within a half hour and fell in LOVE with it. Paul, my Salesman, expedited my financing and paperwork flawlessly!! He was also very sweet, warm and completely professional. I was able to drive in the dealership, have my lease bought out, test drive a car and drive away in 3 hours! I got a phenomenal price and was able to pick my car out right off their massive fleet of cars! No waiting whatsoever! Dan was my icing on the cake, He taught me how to easily adjust all the settings from my seat and steering wheel position to setting my radio preferences and all the AMAZING safety features of the vehicle.
