Loved the salesman, Pavel. Got a new battery before we left and everything seemed great. I was cleaning under the hood and bumped the battery, and it moved. I had a fast and cool buying experience when purchasing a BMW from Toy Barn. The process was smooth. Given, I had cash ready and a pre-approved loan, so going in and buying the car was seamless. Relevant contacts and trade secrets. You feel the power of the business through the people up front while the sports cars and luxury vehicles surrounding you just back it up. Interesting to learn about the logistics they manage too -- with people across the country buying specialized cars from them every day. While waiting for the purchase process to complete, I opted to hang out upstairs and jump into the high scores on Cruisin' USA arcade game. Signed the final paper work and as I was exiting with the car, the staff pulled me aside and told me to call back in after a few days to schedule a time to come back in for "final maintenance." I had already purchased the vehicle, so it caught me off guard. After a couple days, I did call back in and scheduled a time to drop off the vehicle. Toy Barn had a young guy drive me back downtown while I waited for the maintenance to be completed. A couple days go by and I get a call that they updated some things. They also put brand new tires and breaks on the car. This is post-purchase. I didn't request this. Nobody does that? I sense this is a place where you just know what you want, go in, buy it. Make it easy on them and they'll make it easy on you. Treat them right. They'll treat you right. More
