Polite, personable and quick. I didn't care for my salesman "Sheek". I asked 3 times for same day delivery and he said no, couldn't be done. I don't understand why he said it couldn't be done, since I was there all afternoon before closing. The financial guy had only 45 minutes left before closing and made arrangements to get the vehicle the same day. I can't say enough good about the finance guy who did all my paperwork and got me the loan approval with TFS. He and the cleanup guy for the vehicle went out of their way to make me happy. I came back to get the navigation setup and Pedro Alpalhao wasn't my salesperson, was just passing by and stopped to see if he could help. He came out and setup the navigation for me! I was very impressed with everyone and their helpfulness, except for Sheek. More

I wanted to trade in my 2013 Toyota RAV4. He remembered me very well, and quickly discussed what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. He had a car in mind he thought I would like, It didn’t long before we agreed on the car and the price. There was no pressure. He contacted the business manager, Robert Rockwell, who was trying to make the numbers work, so it protected my investment and their investment. By Monday afternoon I had my new car. It was a terrific car buying experience. Pedro and Robert made it a very enjoyable experience! I am very thankful for their efforts! More

Terrible financing "option", dishonest salespeople. Didn't realize I'd missed putting a review here, I bought the truck awhile ago and thought I'd covered all the review sites. Wish I had seen the 2 star ratings on Yelp, I would never have gone. But this rating seems to represent the Boch brand in its entirety. The salesperson Pedro, had me sign a PAS agreement before even negotiating, saying the price would go down when financing shopped around. Once I got into the finance office, the manager rudely said "pffft, thats the price" when I mentioned it making Pedro the salesman a straight up liar. I should have walked then, but they were giving me alot more for my trade in than I expected, and the thing was breaking down daily. Next up came the 9.42% finance "deal" through Toyota financial. They said they were the only ones that accepted me, even with good credit. I never got any rejection notices from other banks, so basically they never tried they most likely get an incentive to lock people into crap deals through Toyota. On a town local page, someone mentioned they had close to an 800 credit score and they were offered take it or leave it 9.99%. They also sold me a 3rd party extended warranty for $3,200, that once I needed it I found covers NOTHING. No engines, transmissions, super/turbochargers, electronics, NOTHING. Warranty company wouldnt even answer what they do cover after 3 emails, once they sent me this info. Lucky I caught this early and cancelled it (against dealer advice of course) and got $2795 credited back to my loan. Reading articles on 3rd party warranties afterwards its simply another dealership trick to swindle more money out of you, I was thrilled to see the check back to Toyota came from the dealer, (which is why they didnt want me to cancel since it cost them money) I was recommended to this place by a family friend of their GM, if this is how they treat someone recommended to them, Id hate to be someone off the street. To recap: lying salesperson, lying finance manager, borderline fraudulent 3rd party warranty. This is just your average, run of the mill dealer. Nothing special, nothing outstanding. You can get screwed at any Toyota dealer, or any car dealer for that matter so why choose Boch? Update: I spoke with Fayiz (?) At Boch after contacting Toyota. The manager I spoke with admitted it was a bad deal (so why did you offer it) and also admitted they have control over the APR. So basically they admit they have zero respect for you or your business, so they set out to swindle you out of as much money as possible while they have the chance. Review after review show this is the scheme they run over and over. Thanks to all that have IM'd me regarding my post with a thanks for the warning or asking how to get out of their 3rd party warranty, it makes it worth while to hit their bottom line. And if any of the bait and switch, lies about financing through Toyota happened to you, raise xxxx with Toyota, the dealer has to answer to them and try to make it right (in my case try to sell me a brand new truck to get the low APR like I'd ever do business with them again) doesnt matter if it was yesterday or months ago. 3 stars for friendliness since they'll chat you up and smile while they come up with the worst deal possible for you, best for them. More
