Bait and switch. False advertising. Do not do not believe any ads you see from this place.I found a ad on Car Guru's that showed a price of 6995. I called about it and was told it was 1000 dollars more on th any ads you see from this place.I found a ad on Car Guru's that showed a price of 6995. I called about it and was told it was 1000 dollars more on their website. I referred to the ad I saw and was told they would get back to me. They never did, so I called back and they said they would honor the price I saw.They did not seem too thrilled about it. I sent someone to check the car and take it to their mechanic. Next day no one called again, so I call saying I want the car and to please give me the total. I was told they would get back to me, of course they didn't. Once again I call an am told the total was over 10,000. Talk about bait and switch .They lost my business and the other person's all because they did not want to honor a price. I will file many more complaints and reviews .Tomorrow I will spend the day speaking out about this kind of behavior. Robin Hudson More

We had such a comfortable and transparent experience and were very happy with the entire process. Jairo asked me what I was currently driving (it was also a Jeep) and before we went home, I had a trade-in offer if I wanted to upgrade my ride! Three weeks later, I found the perfect new vehicle on their Web site and bought a new car! Jairo is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. I recommend him to everyone who is shopping for a new or used car! Pedro Caamano and Jonathan Hernandez of the management team made sure that I continued to be treated as a valued customer! Working with Ramon Ferrer in finance was also a breeze. He was never pushy, carefully listened to my needs and concerns, and helped me to get the best deal possible. Over the years I have purchased a number of new cars and never was the experience even close to how Greenway runs their dealership! I will continue to drive over 2 hours, passing all the other Jeep dealerships, to come to this technologically-advanced, modern dealership that has left behind the old ways of car buying/selling which often took hours and left you feeling exhausted! I used to say that I absolutely hated the car buying process, but honestly, that is not true anymore! More

Horrible dealership, never again! We recently bought a Horrible dealership, never again! We recently bought a used Dodge Durango here and it feels like we were scammed. The sales agents kept many things from us and we had to take the car to a repair shop the day after we bought it, because it was unsafe to drive. Here is what went wrong: 1. The car had several dangerous defects that were concealed from us. Among other things, there was a gasoline leak in the tank. That means, in addition to the high risk of fire, my family had to breathe the toxic gasoline fumes until we had the damage repaired at our own expense. Two independent auto repair shops confirmed that this defect must have been noticed during any safety inspection. 2. The sales agents advertised features and equipment that the car did not have. 3. They lied about the history of the car, which we later found out through the Carfax report. 4. We have tried several times to contact the sales agents and even the management to find a solution but have been ignored so far. The only thing left for us to do is to go to a lawyer. Save yourself the trouble and find another dealer. More

Watch out! Sales agents will lie to you and do everything to sell the car. If you have complaints after you bought the car, you are dead to them, no one will respond to your emails or call you back. The sales agents were very charming and didn’t stop talking, leaving no space for questions. But basically 80% of the information about the car was wrong, what I found out through Carfax and independent mechanics. Starting with promised equipment and technical features the car did not have and ending with defects no one ever mentioned. The independent workshop to which I had to bring the car one day after purchase said that the defects would be noticed by any professional right away. So, either the advertised safety check-up is not really done, or the defects are deliberately concealed. My many attempts to contact them were brushed off at the front desk and no one ever called back. You wouldn’t expect this behavior by such a big dealership, but I guess that’s exactly why it works. Don’t make the same mistakes I made. More
