Used Car sales I bought a certified used Dodge Journey last week but was delivered just today. The car did not have Bluetooth, so I requested them to install Bluetoo I bought a certified used Dodge Journey last week but was delivered just today. The car did not have Bluetooth, so I requested them to install Bluetooth for which they charged me 500$. I paid the cost only considering the fact that they promised to change the completely screen and system along with Bluetooth. The sales man promised to deliver the car on Wednesday but it was delivered just today after 2 days. I signed all the agreements a week ago. After the car was delivered I checked the Bluetooth and all I had was a small chip reader and no screen or the system was changed. It was completely disappointing. I tried calling the sales man, sent him a text but there was no response. I left a message for the general Manager twice but there was no call back. When I was ready to buy, the customer service was great but after the sale happened no one responded. I also signed for an extended warranty which was a complete rip off. Very disappointed with the customer service and I regret to go to this car dealer. More
