From the moment I walked in to look at a 2019 Tacoma, Pedro treated the entire process as if I were purchasing a brand-new, top-of-the-line 2026 model. What stood out most was that Pedro genuinely got it. He didn’t just sell me a truck, he shared in my excitement. During the test drive, the joy and relief I felt were mirrored right back to me in his demeanor. He was warm, patient, reassuring, and deeply respectful throughout the entire process. Pedro never rushed me, never minimized my questions, and never made me feel like “just another sale.” From start to finish, he was supportive, professional, and kind - and that made all the difference.
