I went to 4 dealers while searching for an Accord and this one was hands-down the worst. They asked me to make an appointment and still kept me waiting for 40 minutes even though I got there right on ti this one was hands-down the worst. Worse, they added a $1900 hidden certification fee to their internet price for a certified used Accord which I couldn't find out about until I got there. When all their charges added up, the total price they were asking for a 2020 certified used Accord ended up being only like $800 less than a new 2023 Accord I ended up buying elsewhere. I was so irritated that I called Honda Corporate to ask why dealers are allowed to have hidden certification charges, and Honda Corporate said dealers are totally not allowed to do this according to the terms of their contract with dealers. I guess Honda of Mahwah doesn't care. Anyway, if you want to save time and money and not get duped, don't go here. More
