This entire experience was unsatisfactory and if it hadn’t been for Pedro the finance guy, we would have walked out and not bought the car. Our salesman was inexperienced. The sales manager LIED to me multiple times and I have some of these lies in writing. And he never once introduced himself to me in person. Never met anyone in service even though I was instructed to say in this survey that I was walked into the service department and introduced to a representative. More

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. This dealership is broken at every level. This was, without question, the worst car-buying experience I have ever had, and that is saying a lot. This dealership is broken at every level. This was, without question, the worst car-buying experience I have ever had, and that is saying a lot. From the beginning, communication was a disaster. I worked with Mike Dunn, who openly told me that the technician who inspected the vehicle had been fired, the inspection documents were lost, and that the dealership was experiencing high turnover — something he attributed to the fact that he himself had only been there three weeks. That should have been my first warning. Despite that, I continued in good faith. That was a mistake. Calls and emails went unanswered repeatedly. I was told — over and over — that someone would “call me back.” They didn’t. This happened again yesterday and again today. Because nothing was getting done, I escalated to Mike’s supervisor. Shockingly, the same behavior continued: no follow-up, no ownership, no communication. At that point, the General Manager had to step in. Even then, nothing improved. The General Manager also failed to call me back — twice. At that moment it became crystal clear: this isn’t a single bad employee. This is how the dealership is run, and it is clearly tolerated at the top. The most egregious part of this ordeal: The dealership released the vehicle to a carrier and shipped it out of state without collecting my down payment and without issuing a temporary tag. I was not contacted to finalize this until after the vehicle was already leaving. The dealership later claimed emails and calls were made — they were not. When I followed up (calmly and reasonably) requesting the temporary tag be emailed to me so I could ensure everything was legal and documented, I was told by a staff member that I “needed to calm down.” That response is unbelievable, insulting, and perfectly summarizes the culture at this dealership. Sales, finance, and administration do not communicate. No one owns the deal. No one follows through. Customers are left chasing basic paperwork and answers while being gaslit about missed communication. This place is not “busy.” It is dysfunctional. If you value professionalism, accountability, or even basic respect for your time, do not buy a vehicle from Classic Elite Buick GMC. The way this dealership operates is a reflection of leadership — and leadership here has clearly failed. More
