The person who moves the vehicle back for customer pick up should not be adjusting the seat, having the seat all the way forward when trying to get in during a deluge resulted in me being soaking wet waiti up should not be adjusting the seat, having the seat all the way forward when trying to get in during a deluge resulted in me being soaking wet waiting for the seat to be in a position where I could get in. If the person isnt driving on the highway and changing lanes they should be able to manage without adjusting seats and mirrors. All other points of service were great. More
