I have been going to Performance Buick in Cedar Knolls sincethey took over from Norman Gale. Their service has been accurate, professional, friendly and informative. Yes, they may be more expensive than a service/repair station but your satisfaction with their work is what they strive for, using factory parts, and wherever applicable guaranteed. I love the way my 14 Buick handles and is reliable, even doing hard mileage in urban traffic. Last year I replaced the transmission with one rebuilt with GM factory parts. It rides and shifts gears smoothly and is guaranteed 5yrs or 100,000 miles. Any regular shop may not be GM factory parts, a guarantee you can count on?? Who knows? And you often will hear from others, “A rebuilt transmission will never ride like new.” That’s because that does happen. My Buick does ride like new. Thank you, Performance! I just had my oil and multiple filters changed. The wait was short and in the clean showroom, with snacks and refreshments to boot. My service representative was a new fellow “Junior”. He spearheaded the visit and was excellent. I felt confident in the workmanship, too. Diana, in the office, has always been kind & helpful. A special congratulations and thank you to Manager Mike Thorne. I know him throughout his Performance career, and now Manager. He has a special balance with being thoughtful, friendly, and decision making. H’ll do whatever possible to satisfy a customer and work with his staff. Yes, it may cost alittle more, but in the long run, it is does well with quality parts, getting it right regularly on the first time, and when you leave you find your car washed, vacuumed, and tires coated waiting at the door. My thanks to all who worked on my baby! More

Unwilling to honor warranty and fix faulty transmission. Kept work vehicle for 2 weeks and then said GM won’t warranty.
