Another Awesome Experience As luck would have it, Erlan answered the phone last week when I called the dealership. He answered all my questions, and was very geniune. My husband As luck would have it, Erlan answered the phone last week when I called the dealership. He answered all my questions, and was very geniune. My husband and I went in for a test drive and we were pleasantly surprised by finding "the car" the minute we stepped on the lot. Erlan catered to our wishes, and never once seemed overbearing for us to make a decision. This is the third Audi we have had in 6 years, and our experience was excellent, once again.
