I have had the good fortune of visiting at least 4 - 5 different Lexus Service Dept. over the years and I can state that this visit to the Penske Warwick facility was the best visit yet for the friendly a different Lexus Service Dept. over the years and I can state that this visit to the Penske Warwick facility was the best visit yet for the friendly and courteous service advisor but also for the cleanliness and efficiency of the service department! I have all GREAT comments to say about Lexus of Warwick and it is all because of the terrific and super friendly service I have received from “Peppino Palladio “ who is by far the nicest man I have ever de and it is all because of the terrific and super friendly service I have received from “Peppino Palladio “ who is by far the nicest man I have ever dealt with at any dealership and at 66 yrs old I have been to many dealerships over the years and I can’t say enough good comments about Peppino also the mechanic “Joe Manzie” - who is in my opinion one of the best and friendliest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I told my wife on the drive home that just because of how Peppino and Joe Manzie have always treated us that I would gladly buy our next vehicle from Lexus of Warwick .
