Service Dept. is the worst. Had a recall on my car only to find out from Ford Corporate advising me the work that was done from the Service Dept. in Melrose Park, is the worst. Had a recall on my car only to find out from Ford Corporate advising me the work that was done from the Service Dept. in Melrose Park, and Al Piemonte in Melrose will not check to see what the tech's did. Perla Chavez pretty much shut me down telling me the work was done, and she's not even the mechanic! My lighting control module is no longer available so the mechanic chose to install a harness (piggy back style from what the mechanic told me) and now my rear running lights do not work. The rear lights worked before the repair for the head lights, and now nothing. They refuse to look at it. Tried numerous times to call the Service Manager/Director and he's either on vacation or away from his desk. Really and this is what they call customers are number one with them? DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN MELROSE PARK. I will try again, and I will continue to post the out come of this whole ordeal. More
