Beware when purchasing a preowned vehicle from this dealership. My sales person was great, and even the GM, Perry Galecki, was good...at first. When working through the sales process, Perry communicated frequently and timely, but after my car was delivered in Texas and there were some issues, he would never respond and still hasn't completely to the issues to this day. The car was delivered missing the promised 2nd key, was missing the wheel lock key, had an undisclosed chip in the windshield, and my title/registration paperwork got completely screwed up with the state of Texas, causing me to not drive legally for weeks. I would really reconsider buying a vehicle remotely from them, at least while Perry is still there because your issues won't be resolved and not much you can do More

I purchased a vehicle from Napletons Aston Martin of Chicago on Christmas Eve and so far my experience has been undesirable. Since expressing my concerns to management the proper attention has not give Chicago on Christmas Eve and so far my experience has been undesirable. Since expressing my concerns to management the proper attention has not given to my concerns. I completely understand that a lot of the staff is on holiday. But considering this is a time sensitive matter, business should be able to be conducted in their absence. So far I have used PTO days and have used a lot of my personal time during my holiday season and have spent hundreds of dollars including diagnostic cost, car rental expenses, and other repairs that needed to be done for the car to be considered usable. I tried to communicate my problems with the management staff multiple times and so far have been unsuccessful. More

I signed contracts and initiated a wire transfer for the full amount of a vehicle on Friday night. On Monday morning, my bank called as they couldn't reach the contact person to complete the transfer. I c full amount of a vehicle on Friday night. I called over to the dealership, the GM Perry answers and tells me they sold the car to someone else on Saturday. Couldn't believe it. They never even called me Saturday to let me know, nor ever mentioned I was in danger of losing the car on Friday. I asked them 3 times to take a credit card deposit if they needed it, but they didn't. Thank goodness my bank called, otherwise the transfer would have been completed and I would have received nothing. Would have had to wait for days or even weeks to get my money back, if ever. I'm not even sure they would so easily give it back. Typical car dealer which is why dealers have such a bad reputation. Would never do business with this dealer again. Be smart and stay way. More

I bought a used 2015 Audi RS7 from this dealership on-line from Texas. I Iinitially spoke with Sebastian Wrobel about the car who told me that it was In ^excellent" condition; no problems. When the ca on-line from Texas. I Iinitially spoke with Sebastian Wrobel about the car who told me that it was In ^excellent" condition; no problems. When the car was delivered to me via closed transport it had a BULLET hole and damage in the rear carbon fiber diffuser and rear bumper that had obviously been there for quite a long time. The dealership failed to disclose the damaged rear diffuser on the car after I had a PPI done on the car at my expense from an Audi dealership there in Chicago that THEY recommended. The diffuser is completely ruined and needs to be replaced,, a $7,600 repair. I reached out to Agnes Romanowska my salesperson, with no success. I reached out to Don Smith, the used car sales manager who told me that the Audi dealership that did the PPI are the one's responsible, not them. What is interesting is that AFTER the PPI the inspecting mechanic at Audi discovered that all 4 brakes and rotors needed to be replaced.on the car. Audi CLAIMS that when they did their inspection that the bullet hole and other damage was not there, otherwise they would have noted it. I think Napleton PAID THEM to turn a blind eye to that particular damage; the reason being, it's an expensive repair, and definitely would have affected my decision to purchase the car or the price I was willing to pay for it. Audi allegedly took photographs of the car prior to the PPI. However, the photographs didn't download they say, and were "lost". Napleton Aston Martin Maserati told me they would replace the brakes which they did prior to the sale. Interestingly, the brakes are 3-4 thousand dollars cheaper to repair than the diffuser. Napleton Aston Martin Maserati sent me photos of the car up on the rack as the brakes were being done. The diffuser was at eye-level for that repair which meant that they HAD to have seen the bullet hole and damage. They just let it ride without disclosing it to me. I finally reached out to Perry Galeck, the manager of the dealership, but he just ignored me. Once these crooks have your money that's it. They also try the hard sale of the EXTENDED WARRANTY courtesy of Dora Recendiz which further causes anxiety. Definitely don't buy anything from them if you're out of state. Run don't walk away from this dealership. Stay away. More

Worst experience ever in buying a car! They made registration errors which took 3 months to get legal plates. Pressured sale of extended warranty that matches manufacturer's warranty.
