Horrible Dealer Bought a 2 year old Audi here. They tried to force VIN etching on the price, after closing the deal told me they only had one of the digital keys, so Bought a 2 year old Audi here. They tried to force VIN etching on the price, after closing the deal told me they only had one of the digital keys, so now I have to buy one from Audi. The digital key they gave me had dead batteries and would not lock or unlock the car when I got home with the car. When they transferred the liscense plate from the trade in they threw out my pewter liscense plate frame. More

This is a really fine/upscale dealership. They made me feel like a million bucks. The Finace lady (Dora) was super sweet and treated my wife and I like family-she was super easy to work with and was extremely fast. The employee who cleaned my car did an amazing job!! I was intimidated to go to such a fancy dealership to buy a great, but inexpensive car. I had a number of really uncomfortable experiences over the last few weekends looking for the right car. I had often felt dismissed because I wasn't buying a new car and I am a grown woman trying to buy a car on my own. This elegant, professional dealership treated me as though I was just as important as a person actually buying an Astin Martin> I left feeling like a million dollars - all of the staff treated me truly like I was a valued customer who had snagged a very cute car at an affordable price!
