Very dissatisfied after my last visit with my expedition. Took it in for the cam phazer an some other repairs on monday , was told it would be ready by wednsday bit it was 11 days later on friday of the next Took it in for the cam phazer an some other repairs on monday , was told it would be ready by wednsday bit it was 11 days later on friday of the next week when we got it back. They was supposed to check for a wheel brg noise an they said no problem found, but I heard it when I left so I checked it myself an found the left front wheel brg plum loose. So Icalled up there the next Monday an talked to someone I knew an they got it took care then after I diagnosed it myself. I also diagnosed some other stuff they was supposed to check for me but claimed nothing else was wrong , but its not covered by warranty so I will go somewhere else an get it took care off. All of my previous visits up there for repairs on my other vehicles was took care of but after this trip I am very disappointed an dont plan to be back. More
