Courtesy ford completed my oil change, three new tires, and new brake pads all during the same visit. I bought the Ford 150 from Courtesy and my wife's Explorer at the same time in 2017. Service associate talked to my wife like she was an idiot because she’s a woman and would ask questions and not just leave. Bought new 2019 F150 I would not use this dealership for buying new or used cars. I would go out of town to get an honest deal. The service person was rude and said he didn't get any codes so nothing was wrong. I told him when the car was brought in that it was not giving a code despite stalling out. He said without a code he co codes so nothing was wrong. I told him when the car was brought in that it was not giving a code despite stalling out. He said without a code he couldn't find anything wrong. When I returned later to get the car the mileage had not moved much even though I told them it acts up after being driven long enough to get up to operating temperature. The car broke down driving home again exactly the way I described it to the service guy Chris. I'll never buy a car there nor will I let any of my friends or family buy a car there. More
