Fast talking salespeople who are only interested in closing a deal and making their commission turn me off immediately. THIS IS NOT THE CASE with Pete Barcus or Otto's MINI. They listed to your needs, let you test drive different vehicles until you find the right one, and then work with you on pricing and closing the deal so that both parties are happy. I walked out of a Toyota dealership because the high pressure salesman was only interested in my buying the car that day. I was there for a test drive and making some observations on different types of cars I might consider to buy. I was upfront and honest with the person and his repeated comment to me was "So what will it take for you to buy the car RIGHT NOW?" I left as soon as I could get away from him and returned to Otto's Mini to talk with Peter about a used Audi which I had test driven earlier that day. My mind was made up. I was giving my business to Pete, and I just needed to decide which car and settle on the price. How I was treated played a major factor in my decision. They are my dealership! Highly recommend anyone of the salesperson at Otto's Mini whether you are buying a MINI (which we already did from Pete) or a used car from their inventory. This is how buying a car should be! More
