The explanation is that management values the customer experience and loyalty and emphasizes that with every employee. So no matter who you deal with, the experience is nearly the same. Hamilton Volks I was looking for a manual for my son and had a hard time finding a used one in good shape. I decided to look into leasing a new one. Hamilton Volkswagen had a large selection to choose from. Other dealers did not have any or not that many. Pete Capriotti did a great job in showing me the selection on the lot. The process was easy and the Team at Hamilton VW was great. The only thing that I would say is at closing, I picked the maintenance plan. Price was set and then the closing agent said he had the wrong vehicle for the maintenance plan and the amount double. I would think you would have the correct plan. I was not too happy about that. But, over all the process went smoothly, The team there at Hamilton VW was great. I was out of state and they made the process smoothly for my transaction with getting tags and registration. More
