smooth and no pressure Walked into dealership and loved the fact that I wasn't bombarded by a sale associate immediately. I was given space and given help when asked. I liked the fact that I got a good deal and didn't have to haggle throughout the process. I felt like I was treated with respect throughout the process of turning in our 2014 Subaru and releasing a new one. The whole process went smooth and we were very happy with our experience.
