Great experience I reached out to Wilde Subaru via their website and 'Wilde ePrice' contact option on a certain car shown on the website. Mike Valko, the Internet Sale I reached out to Wilde Subaru via their website and 'Wilde ePrice' contact option on a certain car shown on the website. Mike Valko, the Internet Sales Manager quickly responded with a very competitive price. I shopped around other dealerships for an 'internet price', but Wilde could not be beaten. Mike was great at responding to my emails and questions and got me in the door to check out a car they had in stock since the car I inquired about was yet to be delivered. Once I got to Wilde there was a bit of confusion as to who I was actually supposed to meet to check out the car. I got passed around to 2 very confused sales associates before finally meeting Corey Knoelke. Corey was very familiar with the car I enquired about (WRX) and was able to get me in a car for a test drive within minutes. I very much liked the car but I was unsure if the car they had coming in, was the color and had the options I wanted. I emailed back and forth with Corey over the next week while I did more research before finally deciding on a color, trim, and options package I wanted to purchase. Corey was able to locate a car very similar to what I had wanted from another dealership they trade with and was able to secure the car for me. Corey also provides his cell phone number to call him directly or to text. I really enjoyed being able to fire off quick texts which he would quickly respond to, even on his days off - this was excellent. The car came in, so I went to the dealer to purchase it. The deal went smoothly and Corey and Pete Erkkila were able to get me a great price on the car right in line with what the Internet Price was quoted at. I had financing lined up with my Credit Union prior to going into the dealer, Terrance Caldwell in the business department thought he could get me a better APR - and he did. Terrance was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. During the paperwork process, I was introduced to Omar Elahi after declining any additional add-ons and protection plans. Omar was very aggressive to try to earn an add-on sale. I was slightly interested in an extended warranty and he pushed very hard to get my sale. I would not take 'no' for an answer and we were able to agree upon a price I was happy with to add the extended warranty onto the sale of the car. The financing and singing process went very quickly, from the time I got to the dealer and completed with the sale was just under 2 hours. However the car was just delivered late the previous business day and still needed to be cleaned up and inspected for delivery to me, this took an additional 2 hours which was expected. Overall very happy to be a Wilde Customer, no complaints. More

I received an email through our salesperson, Jackie about model year end opportunities. We thought about it and decided that if Wilde and Jackie could meet our needs that now might be a good time to trade for new. Jackie went to work and initially it seemed doubtful that our very specific requirements were possible but Jackie dug in and was able to nail down a lease that met ALL our wishes. We ended up not only with a new 2017 Legacy but with one that was even better equipped than our already heavily optioned 2015. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever Pete Erkkila and his staff made me feel like the most important customer they had. I was purchasing this vehicle out of state as I was in the middle Pete Erkkila and his staff made me feel like the most important customer they had. I was purchasing this vehicle out of state as I was in the middle of a PCS to a new duty station and looking for something with a better safety record and better gas mileage. Pete made that happen. Phil Jampole was a pleasure to deal with and went over several of the features of the 2017 Forester I was buying. This was my first foreign vehicle purchase and Phil cut through the typical dealer/ salesman games I am used to with the American manufacturers. The pricing was fair and extras that I added were installed as I waited. Terrance Caldwell in Finance went through the financing option and additional protection packages in great detail. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. His enthusiasm for the Subaru brand showed and he understood my decisions on which packages to add without the typical pushy upsale tactics the finance guys are known for. And last but not least, was Keely MacGregor. After purchasing the car, Keely went over how the vehicle worked, showed me what buttons did what, gave pointers on when the safety features may be confused and connected my phone to the Bluetooth. Keely asked several questions to gauge my level of understanding and how much I "needed" to know so the experience wouldn't feel like I was going through a safety lecture. Keely was an absolute joy to work with. I could not be more satisfied with Wilde Subaru and will definitely be headed back to purchase my next car from Pete and his staff. More

I had narrowed my choices to Honda, Mazda and Subaru. After weighing the pros and cons, the Outback seemed to offer the best car for my needs. I did a great deal of web searching before finding an Outback optioned out to my spec's in stock at Wilde. I sent an email inquiry to Mike Valko. I received a price quote back in about 15 minutes. The price was very good without having to do any haggling. I told Mike I wanted to test drive the Outback . An hour later I arrived at Wilde and met salesperson Stephanie Turney. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I also spoke with Rhonda Rendone from finance who did a nice job of explaining all my options and handled the closing of my purchase. Also, I would like to Thank Pete Erkkila for following up on my purchase and any concerns I might have had. I very much appreciate it Pete . Finally, I live in Appleton , Wisconsin and the 125 mile trip to Wilde was well worth it ! More
