I should have read the reviews on Facebook and Yelp before visiting this place. I purchased an 80,000-dollar dodge ram 2500 diesel. When I test drove the truck it had two key fobs. When I complet before visiting this place. I purchased an 80,000-dollar dodge ram 2500 diesel. When I test drove the truck it had two key fobs. When I completed all the paperwork and signed the contract to complete my purchase the salesmen (Pete) hands me one key fob and says, “I don’t know where the other one is located, I’ll call you”. He calls and says, “can’t find the second key fob, it’s on you to purchase one” and he gives me the number for a locksmith. Of course, I was pissed, but WAIT…. I was going to take my wife to this place because she wanted the new Grand Wagoneer (a 100K SUV) So, I’m all set to spend 180K at this dealership in less than one week. Needless to say, I took my wife to another dealership and she’s now happy with her new SUV. As for Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep, I believe karma has a way of holding you accountable for your actions.
