Service was so great, we bought 2 cars within a week apart! I can not say enough positive things about Sunset Ford. Jerry Edwards is fantastic, he made us feel welcome and at ease from the start and he took the time to explain all the details to us. Mike Rich is awesome, he went above and beyond to take care of us and Mike Carr is great, he took the time to go through the options with us but didn't pressure us at all. Pete took time to talk with us and work with Jerry to insure we got the best deal possible. Pete and his staff are top notch and I would highly recommend Sunset Ford to family and friends. We will be loyal customers from here on out! Oh, and by the way, I have never owned a Ford before and was not keen on buying one but after I test drove the Ford Explorer and worked with the folks at Sunset I knew this was the car and the dealership for me. A week later, my husband was jealous of my new car and decided me had to have a new truck. So, off we went back to Sunset and bought him an new Ford F-150. More

However, Jerry Edwards made it a very info I have always been dreaded researching and dealing with salesmen and dealerships when purchasing a vehicle. However, Jerry Edwards made it a very informative and pleasant experience. He was friendly, straight-fprward and knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer we recently purchased. He took his time and was patient in providing information on the vehicle's options. The sales crew were very friendly and the showroom was clean and very presentable. Although, the vehicle we were interested in purchasing was not at the Waterloo dealership, Jerry drove to Sunset Hills to bring it over for us. Altogether, this experience helped to change our opinion of dealerships and salesmen. More
