Purchased an Escalade in March of 2019, have had multiple problems... have had some problems that were the same since the vehicle was purchased ... like the radio for instance, will not tune in channels for problems... have had some problems that were the same since the vehicle was purchased ... like the radio for instance, will not tune in channels for local radio... thus forcing one to buy xm radio if we want to hear anything. Had been looked at, said, they’ve done all they can...yet the vehicle was sold to us like this. With them knowing we had issues. More

The service and finance dept was horrible. The service dept had unacceptable attitudes and no friendly customer service. Our salesman was very un-enthusiastic. He told us they would install some additional equipment for us and no one else knew it. There was no antenna and we we're told it was built in when there was a place would install some additional equipment for us and no one else knew it. Chris Lippincott (internet manager) provided additional info and emailed us documents for our review. I jumped on an airplane and flew from our home in Florida to Missouri. Pete Hizen, our salesman, picked me up at the airport and drove one hour back to the dealership. The car was cleaned, gassed up and ready to go when we arrived. I've been a General Sales Manager in the auto industry for over 25 years and recognize excellence when I see it. These were all really great people to work with, it took a little bit of time because we were only about to get there in the evening time and they all made it such a smooth process.
