Terrible follow thru Follow thru is terrible. Purchased used Ford Edge from them and found two wheels were damaged as well as missing the rear headrests. Told them I w Follow thru is terrible. Purchased used Ford Edge from them and found two wheels were damaged as well as missing the rear headrests. Told them I would not purchase car unless wheels were fixed and headrest were replace. They and I agreed on a price with them agreeing to replace the wheels and headrest. They followed thru on replacing the headrests but we are now into week nine and counting with no wheel replacement. Wheels are chrome clad and badly curbed rashed. More
