Communication is not proactive. If a customer doesn’t call and regularly check on their service unit then you’ll have no idea when to expect your vehicle to be complete. I was told my vehicle would be down on Wednesday, I called on Wednesday and was told Thursday, I called on Thursday and was told Friday. I finally had to show up and ask and I was told “Maybe today (Friday) but hopefully by Saturday. I challenged the timeline and reviewed the expectations that were set nearly a week prior and miraculously my vehicle was ready for pick up about 20 minutes later. My vehicle was always well maintained. I brought it in for a routine scheduled service of a transmission flush at the required mileage. I left and within 24 hours my transmission blew up. Highly coincidental! I paid to have a transmission replaced and within 24 hours the check engine light was on and I lost power again. I took it elsewhere and had it fixed. A week and 1000 miles later no issues. I’m sure it is just coincidence but I brought a vehicle that was bullet proof, never an issue in for service 2x and both times within 24 hours of leaving a check engine light comes on and my once reliable vehicle needs major, and very expensive service done. As a single father with 4 kids and 1 vehicle, I paid over 1000 for a rental. I was told my vehicle was going to be done”by Wednesday, Thursday morning at the latest”. It took an in person visit Friday afternoon to get it done by close of business Friday. I drove by and saw The vehicle was on the lift Wednesday morning. 3 full days on the lift for a 10 hour flat rate job. When I did get my vehicle back the drivers side was covered in grease and dirt. The steering wheel was filthy. The car had bird poop all over the hood and windshield. After spending 8000 in a week in the service department I would have thought the car would have gotten a quick wash and wipe down before it was returned. More

Good maintenance dept. Got my oil changed but it's getting pretty expensive just to do that anymore. I may have to start changing my oil myself in order to save money.
