I cannot say enough about the positive experience with my recent purchase. All individuals involved were courtious and professional through the entire process. A week after taking possession I had electronic recent purchase. All individuals involved were courtious and professional through the entire process. A week after taking possession I had electronic issues which were traced to the battery. Service technicians replaced it and did a complete diagnostic in about an hour. Went in to see a 2021 Expadition MAX they had for sale . I called.to see if they had the vehical. They confirmed it was still there.
