Like a lot of folks, I enjoy car shopping but dread the "buying" part. Working with Derrick and Mike though was surprisingly a delight. I never got the impression that they were trying to pull one over, up "buying" part. Working with Derrick and Mike though was surprisingly a delight. I never got the impression that they were trying to pull one over, upcharge, or hide the true costs behind a mountain of paperwork. They were transparent and made the process quick and easy. And, equally important - they were warm and welcoming - almost as though they were acting in support of my interests rather than adversaries competing for profit. Great work! More

Just purchased a used VW Tiguan last weekend. Corey was a pleasure to deal with. He had the car ready and waiting for our test drive and was able to answer all questions clearly. And no joke, while we were there, another couple expressed interest in the vehicle, and Corey handled the situation professionally and courteously. Low to no pressure sales and made the entire experience positive. (Also -- super nice touch -- when we picked up the car, he'd had it detailed and a full tank of gas!) More
