Some background on myself: I'm a military veteran and a family man with 2 wonderful children and a marriage that I have enjoyed for over 30 years. At 8am scheduled appointment with salesmen to come purchase a used Tundra, serious buyer, I work till 6pm, he contacted me at noon asking if I was planning on coming in, I told him yes still coming in purchase a used Tundra, serious buyer, I work till 6pm, he contacted me at noon asking if I was planning on coming in, I told him yes still coming in, that I would be there 10 min after work. They sold the truck out from under me. I had already made arrangements with the bank for a check to purchase and had my fiancé go pick it up from the bank. When I asked the salesman what happened he said they do not hold vehicles or take deposits. I guess Inver Grove Toyota doesnt care about loyalty, they just want to move cars. I would have been a lifetime service customer as well as I live and work within 15 min of the dealership. If that is the way IGT does business, I'm taking mine elsewhere and it looks like I'll be purchasing new. More

I met with Peter this morning about a used Tacoma I was interested in. Although I didn’t think we would be able to make a deal Peter took the time to work with me, without any pressure I might add and even interested in. Although I didn’t think we would be able to make a deal Peter took the time to work with me, without any pressure I might add and eventually things worked out and I left with the vehicle I came in to look at. Tim was also a real gentleman and I found myself thoroughly enjoying the interactions with both of them. A Toyota will sell itself but the personal interest and integrity of the staff makes Inver Grove Toyota a terrific place to purchase a vehicle! More
