For some background on myself: I'm a military veteran and a family man with 2 wonderful children and a marriage that I have enjoyed for over 30 years. I liked the place, staff was ok. But was unhappy with the trade in value of my older vehicle. Also staff asked if I had any questions about my new Toyota Tacoma, I told them that at But was unhappy with the trade in value of my older vehicle. Also staff asked if I had any questions about my new Toyota Tacoma, I told them that at the time I didn't have any question, because I had so many. Drove home without any information about how the new vehicle worked. . They should have taken the time to get into the vehicle and show me what to do. More

We had a smooth and easy car-buying experience at Inver Grove Toyota thanks to our wonderful salesperson Peter Ihle. He was extremely responsive whenever we had questions or concerns. He also had a lot of great insight and advice, making sure we were well prepared for the financing process and picking up the vehicle. Inver Grove Toyota completely changed my life! (as cheesy as that may sound) I was "upside down" in my previous car loan and had already been to at least 20 other dealerships and gotten nowhere. I (as cheesy as that may sound) I was "upside down" in my previous car loan and had already been to at least 20 other dealerships and gotten nowhere. Inver Grove Toyota was actually the last dealership I went to after an entire day of nothing but complete xx with 3 other dealerships I had already been to that day. I honestly just kind of went there on a whim and I'm am seriously SO happy I did. My salesman Peter was fantastic and actually listened to me and wasn't a pushy, selfish "all about commission" jerk who helped me find my new whip which I absolutely LOVE! And the finance director Aliya, I love that lady! Seriously. This woman got my interest rate almost cut in HALF,no joke. Plus, she got my monthly payments dropped by over $200! I hugged both of them twice and I'm pretty sure everyone heard me scream with excitement when I was still sitting in Aliya's office doing paperwork. I told them I'm sending them a Christmas card and I mean it! If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. No doubt about it. I know where I'll be going for my next car. THANK YOU SO MUCH Inver Grove Toyota!!! I fricken' love you guys!!! :) More
