Peter was very professional and helpful during my recent car purchase. Made the whole purchase process efficient and painless. Had to order me a new second key for the one that was lost, and FedEx'd it to car purchase. Made the whole purchase process efficient and painless. The only complaint i had was i called ahead to look at the car i purchased and it was covered in ice and snow. After i got it home and it defrosted i noticed that there were some paint chips on the hood o the car i purchased and it was covered in ice and snow. After i got it home and it defrosted i noticed that there were some paint chips on the hood of the car if i would have seen these before buying i my have looked at something else. Now its money out of my pocket to fix them. More

After trying to locate an x4 anywhere on the east coast from Va to Maine, and being less than happy with the customer care I received at a few local dealers, I nearly gave up my search. I was fortunate to stumble across Peter and BMW Barrington online. He was accessible for a multitude of questions and made the process unbelievably smooth. From taking videos for me in a snow storm to recommending THE BEST (price and service) transport company to deliver my new car to my home in NY, he was top notch start to finish.
