Worst experience ever. I had Took my business elsewhere. Horrible staff and extremely rude. Steve Gallo is very unprofessional and RUDE. Not a nice place! After he tried to tell me a hybrid EXL cost the same as a regular EXL. I knew he was a bad person. He then proceeded to tell me he was charging me the same because he went above and beyond for me.. so that’s why I’m paying extra? Once he realized we were returning the car and not buying something else, he rudely handed us papers and walked away. We tried to ask questions and he continued walking and ignoring us as if we weren’t visible extremely rude and unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. More
