servicing what you sell After having purchased 3 dodge vehicles (Jeep, Ram and grand Caravan, sales people were quick to request that we enter a review for the dealership. That was then! since then, the service department afterward was another story. My daughter paid to have her vehicle checked after having been told by another dealership that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, that the "clacking: heard in the back wheels had not been heard when test driving a vehicle who's KM had not changed since she had left it with them, she took it to this dealership and the manager had the nerve to tell her that she was the problem and not the previous dealer. NOT professional and not to mention that they have now had the vehicle on and off for 3 weeks having found yet something wrong with it and having to order new parts every time. The service department lacks professionalism and argue with the buyers who pay BIG bucks for these vehicles that there is NOTHING wrong yet they have had the vehicle for 3 weeks now due to the repairs it needed and the nerve to tell a customer that "she" is the problem. If that was so, why were all these repairs needed??? Poor service after you sign on the dotted line! My next vehicle will not be bought here. I buy new every 5 years or so and that business won't come here. As some of your reviews indicate: the sales service is what one would expect when you want to sell. It's afterward that's the problem. I bought a $78,000.00 Ram and a grand caravan at $45,000.00, my daughter bought a jeep at $38,000.00. Maybe this is something that need to be considered here. More

The Best Service Person in Ottawa is Dan O'Neil If you've been driving for as long as I have (40 years) you can appreciate a Service Advisor who is honest, hardworkinking and most of all doesn't xxx If you've been driving for as long as I have (40 years) you can appreciate a Service Advisor who is honest, hardworkinking and most of all doesn't xxxxxxxx you about your service. Dan O'Neil is that Service Advisor. He is someone you can trust to give you the straight goods from the moment you drive into the Service Department until the the time you leave. All with a friendly smile. He is someone who goes out of his way to make your Service experience a most enjoyable one. I won't bring my Jeep anywhere else but Southbank. Good Service 1 At South Bank , I was well greeted. The staff is friendly , courteous , honest and I was served in my mother tongue which is French. It was a great experience and other people whom I know and had their car or cars serviced at South Bank were very satisfied. The owner , Guy Parker , is a great guy! More

Prompt Couteous friendly We went to look dud not expect to trade our 2013 Jeep for a 2015 Cherokee but we did. Price was too good Mike Neville was knowledgeable and friendly Bruce was short and sweet had us in our new rude by mid day. This is our 3rd time purchasing at Southbank. Their best employee is their Shuttle Driver! I have had nothing but terrible experiences here. The salesperson had no idea what he was doing. Every time I have an issue no one gets back to me. Wh I have had nothing but terrible experiences here. The salesperson had no idea what he was doing. Every time I have an issue no one gets back to me. When I take my vehicle in no one calls me to tell me it is done. No one tells me what they did to the car, or gives me any paperwork. If they do explain anything, it's like they are trying to figure out what will make you go away, not what will help you to understand what happened. One of the employees is quite 'handsy'. The car is basically a lemon, it has a terrible transmission, which I guess I'll be fixing for the next 5 years. The only positive was the time the Shuttle Driver helped me get my car when they failed to arrange it, which is not even his responsibility! More
